Summer is just around the corner. Jump start those fitness goals with this fun event at Wolf Pen Creek Park! Join Stroller Strides for a FREE fitness class, followed by a raffle givaway with great prizes, refreshments, and a fun activity for the kids. Each participant will receive a goody bag with products and special offers from our national sponsors! Stroller Strides is a great way to get and stay in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your baby all at the same time! The classes are designed for all fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors who are also moms. Classes combine toning, cardio bursts, and power walking for a full body workout. We welcome stroller age kids from 6 weeks old and up!

Stroller Strides also offers play dates and Mom’s Night Outs.
